2. Permitted Use

You may use this service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Upload images that contain illegal content, including child sexual abuse material
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or abuse the service via automated scripts
• Reverse-engineer or copy the analysis algorithms for commercial use without permission

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to any images you upload. By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a limited, temporary licence solely to process the image for the purpose of generating analysis results. Images are deleted automatically after 20 minutes.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content (excluding user-uploaded images), including source code, design, text, and the trained machine learning models, is the property of the site operators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate the service at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
