1. Information We Collect
When you use the Photoshop Detector, you upload an image for analysis. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information unless you contact us directly.
2. Uploaded Images
Images you upload are stored temporarily on our server for the purpose of performing analysis. All uploaded files — including the original image and the generated ELA heatmap — are automatically and permanently deleted after 20 minutes. We do not review, share, sell, or use your images for any purpose beyond generating the analysis results shown to you.
3. Log Data
Our web server automatically records standard access log data, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of each request. This data is used solely for security monitoring and diagnosing technical issues. Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are not shared with third parties.
4. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to protect forms against CSRF (cross-site request forgery) attacks. This cookie contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies without your consent.
5. Third-Party Services
We load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Google may set its own cookies or collect limited data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. With your consent, we may also use Google Analytics and Google AdSense. You can manage your preferences at any time via the consent banner.
6. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored with restricted access and deleted on schedule. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security over the internet.
7. Children's Privacy
This service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
